Computational Linguistics, the longest running publication devoted exclusively to the design and analysis of natural language processing systems, is considered as a good refereed journal to publish results. Starting with Volume 35, Issue 1, Computational Linguistics became an open access journal, freely available to all online readers. There is no longer a print edition. Back issues in print from Volumes 34 and earlier are still available. Click the Order/Subscribe for more details. So reports Robert Dale, CL's editor in chief.
