egg shortage

For over a week now there is a shortage of eggs in Kfar Yona. You simply cannot find eggs in the stores.

Yesterday in Petah-Tikva I could not find any eggs other than very expensive ones in מחסני מזון. It looks like the eggs suppliers that normally supply eggs to the stores are not doing do.

I don't have any idea why and I didn't see any information about this in the media.
